Canine Brain Games

 

Tuesdays, September 20, 27 and October 4 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.  Preregistration is required and class will be limited to 8 students.  Class fee is $60.  For more information and to register contact Tammy at dodgermom@comcast.net 

 

How do dogs think about the world? Cognition is the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. Studies have shown that dogs display many behaviors associated with intelligence.  They have great problem solving and memory skills, can read our body language and understand voice cues.  In this class we will help you build your bond with your dog and work on his brain skills.

 

Some games we will play may include discriminating between at least 3 different objects(shapes), identifying the colors blue and yellow, reading cue cards, matching objects, counting, and even copying your actions.  Who knows maybe your dog is smarter than a fifth Grader-well at least a toddler……
